Teaching Materials

The young participants were shocked to learn about the similarities between what happened under National Socialism and current events in Ukraine. This subject is almost entirely absent from German media discourse. Seeing how these young people had engaged with the subject in their podcasts by the end of the seminar was a very emotional experience. In addition, the question of their own identity and childhood experiences was an important part of the exercise in self-reflection.
